Services described

Pages describing reviews, briefings, workshops, and multi-property maps are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, fees, and dates in writing.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original materials remain the property of Future Prismpoint Co., Ltd. Annotated packs prepared for a client may be used internally by that client’s revenue team. Redistribution or resale of those materials requires prior written consent.

Liability

Occupancy readings and recommendations are advisory. Rate, inventory, and distribution decisions remain with the hotel. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Future Prismpoint Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on advisory materials.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep fee ranges and engagement descriptions current. Errors may occur; confirmed proposals control over website copy when they differ.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or related engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
